Resilient rubber material of bumpers shall be rubberized-fabric truck tires cut to uniform 
size pads and punched to receive 3/4” supporting rod.

Width is the width of the rubber portion of the bumper. If 1 or 2 angle is selected the holes are 2" from the rubber.
